The Taming Utility is based off of my Flash calculators. I rewrote them in Visual Basic 6.0 and combined them into one program. The Taming Utility contains the Control Calculator, Taming Calculator, and Retame Calculator. For documentation on how each of the utilities work, please refer to the documentation on the flash calculators.
Please note that the taming calculator portion will only tell you what skill level of creatures you should be taming. If you want to know exactly which creatures you should be taming, you will need to use the "What Do I Tame??" utility (link above).

Corrected an error that occured if you tried to calculate control and left the taming difficulty field blank. This will also prevent you from using 0 as the taming difficulty (which should never happen anyways).

There is now a checkbox for the stat calculator that will do the calculation for you for percentage intervals. This method of determining stats is discussed in training pet's meditation. I would like to mention that this formula is only somewhat accurate, and only if the stat is less than 100.

Redid the layout and added individual buttons for each calculation, with a clear all and calculate all at the top. This utility will now round correctly (up or down) if it returns a decimal number for control percentage. There is also a hyperlink at the bottom that should open your default browser up to the Taming Archive.

Fixed the runtime error that occurred when you tried to calculate with any of the fields empty. Changed the options to checkboxes so that you could perform multiple calculations as well as choose which field(s) you wish to clear. Added an option to quit the program in the menu.
