Taming Tips
Skill Requirements
Both Animal Taming and Animal Lore skills are required. The minimum values shown are the absolute minimum - higher skills increase success rate significantly.
Taming Process
Use the "tame" command repeatedly until successful. Some creatures may require multiple attempts. Keep plenty of food to feed your new pet after taming.
Pet Slots
Each creature requires a certain number of follower slots. Dragons and other powerful creatures typically require more slots than basic animals.
Training
After taming, pets can be trained to improve their stats and learn new abilities. Visit animal trainers or use training manuals for advanced skills.
